We aim to ensure a positive ordering experience at Daricia Ltd however occasionally for whatever reason, you may need to return a product. Please return within 10 days from the date your order was received. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your credit/refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the credit/refund due within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a credit/refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the named person on the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com, please quote your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
